Aloha! My name is Kaapuni Kama and I was born and raised in Papakolea. I'm a blessed mother of 3 and a lucky wife to Jeremiah Kama and Kamaka Kaaihue-Kekoa (my best friend husband). I joined KULA in 2006 and will always be grateful to the kupuna and makua that paved the way for us as we continue to serve the families of Papakolea, Kewalo, and Kalawahine.
I became the VP of Programs in 2023 and oversee all awesome KULA programs and staff! In my free time, I enjoy reading romance books, karaoke nights, and chilled Patron shots with orange slices.
